Recipe for “Mini pizza rolls”
- 1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 100 grams of ham or 100 g of salami, finely chopped
- 100 gr. grated cheese
- 60 ml pizza sauce
- 2 rolled puff pastry leaves ready to bake (Square)
Preheat oven to 200c.
Mix chopped pepper, ham and cheese in a bowl.
Sprinkle the sauce on each pastry sheet, leaving a 2 cm rim along one side, and sprinkle the pepper mixture on top.
Roll up the filling wrap (like a Swiss roll), leaving the edge smooth to the end.
Brush the edge lightly with water and fold to seal.
Cut each roll into 1cm rolls (use a sawn bread knife) and place them on lined baking trays.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
